Norm Silber has filed a 91-A request, I am told. Contacting the AG and demanding an investigation likely will not do a thing, as you probably know. An investigation is needed, certainly. Will that happen as part of the court process? Probably.
Otherwise, Mark Alliegro appears to be leading the response in the House. He does not know for sure if there is a way to have an investigation in the House outside of an impeachment. Whatever the process is, I will vote in favor of it. I do not have the time to lead on it.
